Infuse dried elderberries and zesty ginger directly into raw honey with fuzetrix MOJO1 in 25 minutes. Perfect for stirring into warm tea, drizzling over oatmeal, or taking as a daily wellness spoon.
Ingredients
15 g dried elderberries
10 g dried ginger root pieces
250 ml raw organic honey
Directions
Select Infuse Mode.
Place the Infuse Cup on the built-in scale, tare it, and weigh the dried elderberries and ginger.
Add 250 ml raw honey.
Place the Infuse Cup inside MOJO1, then install one Stir Bar and the temperature probe.
Set to 60°C for 25 minutes and start the cycle.
Strain while warm through a fine mesh sieve into a clean, dry glass jar and seal tightly.
Recipe Note
Setting MOJO1 to 60°C warms the honey just enough to lower its viscosity for smooth extraction and magnetic stirring, while safeguarding the beneficial raw enzymes in raw honey. Always ensure berries and ginger are completely dried to prevent water activity in the stored honey.
