A tropical twist on classic milk tea. Sweet guava and juicy pineapple are infused with tea to create a fragrant botanical fruit concentrate, then blended with creamy coconut milk and ice for a refreshing, fruity drink made for sunny days.

Ingredients
- For the Infusion
- 10g dried guava
- 10g dried pineapple
- 4–5g black tea
- 150g syrup for a sweeter concentrate.
- To Finish
- 100–150ml coconut milk
- Ice
Directions
Step 1: Add dried guava, dried pineapple, tea, and syrup to MOJO1.
Step 2: Run the Infuse cycle to create a concentrated botanical fruit tea.
Step 3: Strain out the fruit and tea leaves.
Step 4: Pour the infused concentrate over ice and add coconut milk.
Step 5: Stir or shake well, then serve chilled.
Recipe Note
- 90°C for 20 minutes is a good starting point for a balanced fruit-and-tea infusion.
- For a richer, more concentrated flavor, try 100°C for 25 minutes.
- Feel free to switch up the tea—jasmine, green tea, or oolong can each create a different flavor profile.
- You can also experiment with different infusion bases, such as water or simple syrup, depending on how sweet and concentrated you want the final drink to be.
- This tropical, creamy drink is especially refreshing for summer, warm-weather gatherings, and poolside moments.
- For the best flavor balance, adjust the amount of coconut milk and ice according to the strength of your infused concentrate.
