Guava & Pineapple Coconut Milk Tea
Ingredients
  • For the Infusion
  • 10g dried guava
  • 10g dried pineapple
  • 4–5g black tea
  • 150g syrup for a sweeter concentrate.
  • To Finish
  • 100–150ml coconut milk
  • Ice
Directions

Step 1: Add dried guava, dried pineapple, tea, and syrup to MOJO1.

Step 2: Run the Infuse cycle to create a concentrated botanical fruit tea.

Step 3: Strain out the fruit and tea leaves.

Step 4: Pour the infused concentrate over ice and add coconut milk.

Step 5: Stir or shake well, then serve chilled.

Recipe Note
  • 90°C for 20 minutes is a good starting point for a balanced fruit-and-tea infusion.
  • For a richer, more concentrated flavor, try 100°C for 25 minutes.
  • Feel free to switch up the tea—jasmine, green tea, or oolong can each create a different flavor profile.
  • You can also experiment with different infusion bases, such as water or simple syrup, depending on how sweet and concentrated you want the final drink to be.
  • This tropical, creamy drink is especially refreshing for summer, warm-weather gatherings, and poolside moments.
  • For the best flavor balance, adjust the amount of coconut milk and ice according to the strength of your infused concentrate.
