Rosemary Infused Oil

Create an aromatic rosemary-infused olive oil with fuzetrix MOJO1 in 25 minutes. Use it for salad dressings, marinades, roasted vegetables, pasta, or bread dipping.

Ingredients

  • 15 g completely dried rosemary leaves
  • 200 ml extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Select Infuse Mode.
  • Place the Infuse Cup on the intergrated scale, tare it, and weigh the rosemary.
  • Add 200 ml of olive oil.
  • Place the Infuse Cup inside MOJO1, then install the stir bar and temperature probe.
  • Set to 100°C for 25 minutes and start the cycle.
  • Let the oil cool slightly, strain it into a clean, dry bottle, and seal tightly.

Recipe Note

  • Use completely dried rosemary to avoid adding moisture to the oil.
  • Choose a mild olive oil for a balanced flavor or extra-virgin olive oil for a richer taste.
  • Drizzle over roasted vegetables, pasta, pizza, or salads.
  • Use as a marinade or serve with bread for dipping.
  • Store in a cool, dark place and discard the oil if its aroma, flavor, or appearance changes.
  • Share your plant or recipe and to be featured on Plantpedia!
