Create an cold-brew-like tea(normally it takes 18-20hours to make the cold brew tea) with fuzetrix MOJO1 in 20 minutes. Use it for afternoon tea or brunch.
Ingredients
5 g completely dried tea leaves
500 ml mineral water
Directions
Select Infuse Mode.
Place the Infuse Cup on the built-in scale, tare it, and weigh the tea leaves.
Add 500 ml mineral water.
Place the Infuse Cup inside MOJO1, then install one Stir Bar and the temperature probe.
Set to 60°C for 25 minutes and start the cycle.
Cool slightly, strain into a clean, dry bottle, and seal tightly.
Cooling 1-2hours in refrigerator according to your preferences
Recipe Note
Use completely dried tea leaves to avoid adding moisture. Choose the mineral water for a refreshing taste. Drink within 3hours.
